We ask you to submit your pre-order 14 days before the date of the event.
This is to avoid last-minute amends, as once your pre-order hits our system it cannot be amended!
We also suggest you don’t submit your pre-order any earlier, as in our experience things can often change in the lead up and it’s better to have one final document then a continuously changing one which may lead to confusion. -
We will do our best to cater for them all. Guests with dietary requirements will receive their own portion of food suitable to them. For example, if you have 2 veggies in your group you’re free to choose dishes that contain meat or fish and we will provide 2 veggie dishes for them to enjoy.

Our recommendations are based on eight years of experience planning and delivering Christmas Parties. We have perfected our food ordering rules to make sure everyone gets their fill. There’s nothing worse than being hungry at a party!

We have been working with trusted entertainment partners for years, and have a wide range of entertainment available to book, such as DJs, a photobooth, magicians and more...
You name it, we can and will sort it for you! Entertainment is not included In the minimum spend and must be pre-booked in advance. -
If you don’t reach your minimum spend on the night, the remainder will still have to be paid for with a company card on the night.
We cannot allow takeaway and bills cannot be settle after the event has finished under any circumstances.
We always encourage you to set aside a portion of the spend as a pre-order, this means your guests don’t have to spend as much time going up to the bar and will also give you an idea of how much there is left to be spent on the night.
Our venue managers will be on hand to keep you updated to ensure the spend is met. -
We can not accept payments post-event. All pre-payments must be settled no later then 2 weeks before the event.

We currently do not have the proper facilities to provide for our Kosher guests.
We can cater for Halal guests with our vegan or veggie dishes.

Our selection of welcome drinks are real people pleasers! Whatever your preferred tipple we’ll have something for you.

We're happy to accommodate full venue hires and corporate parties, as long as everyone in attendance is at least 18 years old.
Please make sure everyone brings physical ID. Photocopies and pictures on a phone cannot be accepted. -
Christmas Party season is always a busy one for us with reservations for lunch and dinner.
You will not be able to stay with us after your booking ends, as our team will need at least one hour to turn the flat around for the next group! -
The Little Blue and Scarlet Doors have a cloakroom, Yellow, Orange and Violet Door do not.
We are not responsible for personal belongings left around our flats. -
If your numbers are increasing, please let us know at least 14 days before the event.
We have set capacities for our private rooms and full venue hires. These are in place to ensure that everyone is able have the best & safest time with us.
We will do our best to accommodate your group, however, this might result in a change of layout for the party especially when it comes to sit-down meals. -
If your booking is confirmed, and the pre-order has been submitted, you need to let us know of any changes at least 14 days before the event.
If fewer people show up on the day, we will not be able to discount any food or drink that has been pre-ordered. -
No, our minimum spends are based on the space you’ve chosen, and must be spent during the hours of exclusivity in that room.

All guests attending will have to bring a hard copy of their photo ID.

You are more than welcome to do so! Tabs can count towards the minimum spend and our venue managers can keep you updated throughout the evening.

We love individuality and style, but we don’t love a lack of effort. Scruffy attire and sports attire are a no-no (including sports jerseys & hoodies). Christmas jumpers are encouraged!

All our flats will decked out and looking super festive and beautiful for Christmas.
If you feel the need to, we can allow you to bring some small extra personal touches! However these must be signed off by a reservations manager in advance of your booking. -
We do not allow external catering, (although you can bring a cake if you save us a slice!), and we charge corkage for drinks.
The price varies depending on what kind of bottle you are bringing, e.g. wine or spirit. -
Our bars do have a homely feel, however our flatmates can not share it overnight!
