XMAS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We ask you to submit your pre-order exactly 14 days before the date of the event. This is to avoid eventual amendments, as once the pre-order hits our system it cannot be amended. Please don’t submit it any earlier to avoid last minute changes.

  • We will do our best to cater for them all. Guests with dietary requirements that can’t be accommodated by your choices will receive their own portion of food, e.g., if you have two veggies in the whole group you can still choose dishes that contain meat or fish, and we will provide separate two veggie dishes for them.

  • Our guidelines are based on 8 years of experience in Christmas Parties. We have perfected our food ordering rules to make sure everyone will be fed. Nothing worse than being hungry at a party!

  • We have been working with our trusted agency for years and we can organise all sorts of entertainment such as DJs, photobooth and magicians. Entertainment is not included in the minimum spend and is not confirmed unless it’s paid for in advance. All entertainment must be confirmed 4 weeks before the event date. Out list can be found HERE.

  • If you don’t reach the minimum spend the remainder will still have to be paid for with a company card on the night. We cannot allow takeaway and bills cannot be settled after the event has finished under any circumstances.

We always encourage you to set a good part of the spend as a pre-order, as this will ease pressure off the bar and will give you an idea of how much there is left to be spent on the night. Our venue managers will be on hand to keep you updated to ensure the spend is met.

  • We do not accept payments post-event. The full minimum spend will have to be settled no later than 4 weeks before the event and anything on top of your minimum spend must be paid for on the night.

  • We currently do not have the proper facilities to provide for our Kosher guests. We can cater for Halal guests with our vegan or veggie dishes.

  • Absolutely! If you're not sure what to choose, we've put together a list of the most popular Christmas party drinks to help you out. These have also been selected for speed of service, to make the party (and bar) run more smoothly. Click HERE for our Flatmates recommended menu.

  • We're happy to accommodate full venue hires and corporate parties, if everyone in attendance is 18 or older. Please make sure everyone does bring physical photo ID. Photocopies and pictures on a phone cannot be accepted.

  • We are running a very busy Christmas Party season with set timings for daytime and evening bookings. You will unfortunately not be able to stay with us when your booking ends, as the team will need at least 1 hour to turn the flat around for the next group.

  • The Little Blue and Scarlet Doors have a cloakroom, but The Little Yellow and Orange Doors don’t. We are not responsible for personal belongings left around our flats.

  • If your numbers are increasing, please let us know at least 14 days before the event. We have set capacities for our private rooms and flats. This is made to ensure that everyone will have the best time with us. We will do our best to accommodate your group, however this might incur in a change of layout for the party, especially for sit-down meals.

  • You have until 14 days before the event to let us know final numbers. If fewer people show up on the day, we will not be able to discount any pre-ordered food or drink.

  • No, the minimum spend quoted is based on the room you choose and must be spent during the hours of exclusivity of that room.

  • All guests attending will have to bring a hard copy of their photo ID.

  • You are more than welcome to do so! This will count towards the minimum spend and our venue managers can keep you updated throughout the evening.

  • We support individuality and style, but scruffy attire and sports attire are a no-no (including sports jerseys & hoodies).

  • All our flats will be super festive, and beautiful. If you really must, feel free to bring some small extra personal touches! Just cross check this with your account manager first please.

  • We do not allow external catering, (you can bring a cake if you save us a slice!), and we charge corkage for drinks. The price can vary depending on what kind of bottle you are bringing, e.g., wine or spirits.

  • Our bars have a homely feel, but our flatmates do not wish to share it with strangers overnight!
